The Idea-smithy

I am feeling rather stretched out…the result of a really good (and hectic) year I guess. But true to my somewhat OCD nature (aptly observed by him), I want to end it on a perfect note.

Colour and form and fantasy
Beauty, I tell you, is geometry
Watch the rainstorms of emotions
That swirl behind my lids
And see them form the clouds of judgement
That water your interest
Come, take a trip through my mind
And leave your footprints behind.

Friendship pops up right in your face when on a solitary ramble
Understanding suddenly sparkles in thus far unresponsive eyes
And fun and laughter cosy up to you in a sudden burst of affection
Love twinkles from unlikely corners
while heartache comes to you mixed into a glass of sweet wine
A thread of kinship momentarily pulls at you from [...]

Lifeline: Declining….flat.

I had my hair done today. Cropped short, coloured, highlighted…woddeva. Would you believe I don’t feel a thing now, 2 short hours later? The last time I had my hair done, the colour ran out in the shower and for a year after I endured a muddy-coloured thatch on my head. Never again I swore [...]

Here we go again. People are rude. Sarcastic. Judgemental. Nasty. Vile. And people are cowards too. Do I need to spell it out? Yes, I do apparantly. Again and again.
