A strict date is not in a raging crowd.
Isn’t it?
A crowd is just a lot of people
A lot of conversations
A lot of smiles and thoughts flying about
While you dodge the verbal volleys
And dive to catch that elusive reference
And dance around in social rituals
In the corner of your mind
Where you can’t even see them with your eyes
Is the image of one person
And thoughts of them are underlying your being
Even as you sparkle and shine
Beneath the diamonds
Ingrained in the golden setting
Is the tint of that someone special
Surrounded by bright intelligensia
And peppered with wit and charm
We spout our ideas
Colour our expressions
And put on a show for the rest of the world
But someone reads new meanings into our words
And even what we aren’t saying
Someone special will stand apart. The crowd is just the rest of the world.

Beautifully crafted words…
Love is made by two people, in different kinds of solitude. It can be in a crowd, but in an oblivious crowd.

The last line says it all! But in reality, most of the time that ’someone special’ will alwyas turn out to be ’someone-else’s-someone-special’
