Sometimes,
you close your eyes
to shut out the whole world
Pretending,
you’re the only one in it
For a piece
of that illusory peace

~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~

Sometimes,
you close your eyes
And leave them shut
Just to see if,
when you open them
the other person is still there

~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~

Speakers interchanged
But the words stayed true.

makes you wonder which of those statements is from pride, and which one shows prejudice? I’ve been reading u regularly, smithy, just not commenting too often…didnt we start emailing a while ago and then completely stop ?

U have a way with words which ALWAYS renders ur readers speechless. And noooooooooo! I am not complaining, a silence like this is worth a million conversations. So I think i will let silence speak the the words in our hearts …
