Most people who email a lawyer never get a response — and it’s not because their story isn’t important. It’s because they don’t know how to package it.

  1. To whom it may concern, I am inquiring whether your firm provides legal representation within the state of Kentucky. If not, could you please provide a referral to a qualified practitioner in that jurisdiction who is known for their strong advocacy and commitment to client interests?

I have a question I have been offered a job at least 6-10 times since January of 2026. some of the agencies I've worked for before and some I haven't ,who are offering employment with the possibility to become full-time. the agencies has been reaching out to me since January but I'm still not getting the follow-up. Very unusual and this is never happened before. First time it happened in January I didn't think much of it because it was you know still early in the year but now I've had all type of recruiters and agency reach out to me very optimistic and then I don't hear anything anymore. So from February til current same thing. And In the same way. Now I was hired as a QA for the voting commission in May but the job was not supposed to start until July. It's July and I still haven't heard from anyone so I reach back out to the recruiter and they were saying it's up to the voting commission now for them to call you they'll let you know. In the meantime while waiting I've had two other job offers. And now all of a sudden everything starts out optimistic then don't hear from the recruiter no update nothing. Just nothing just like all the others I haven't heard a word from them since. It's been 7 months! something is going on, something is wrong??? but I can't pinpoint it I don't know if it's racial discrimination or if it's age discrimination?? I just don't know I want to know what is the problem am I being blackballed and if so for what reason.? And how do I find out? Thanks.

3:45 "...one year for retaliation is too far apart..."
Not really, coz some bully ringleaders never forget that you complained about them
    They hold grudges.
They continue their attacks non stop.
They don't rest until you get terminated for some trumped up reason.
    Happened to me.
I was once 'moved away from the bully ringleader's reach' for my own protection.
But she still found ways to stalk me and sabotage my work.
I was sacked from my job, on the instruction of the bully ringleader coz the bully ringleader had a lot of power over the whole company. It happened about 18 months after I was moved for protection. But there was straight line pointing to her as the culprit for my destruction.
In effect, the management did not protect me.

  8. I’m looking for a housing discrimination lawyer for landlord tenant because they messed up my temporary rental assistance 3x, the first time taking me to court trying to evict me 5x on late fees. Second time they kept claiming they would catch up with the county and lost me out on a year of pandemic rental assistance. Lastly they wouldn’t the rental assistance in January that would have covered arrears so I got evicted, possibly illegally

Most lawyers look for the "home run" than to listen to the details because they are too busy.
