I remember the common sense from my Grandmother 1907 - 1992. I consult with my Doctor and if need be I get a referral. We stay away from Pharma if possible. Exercise and good eating, is my go to.

Many thanks for providing us with this information. My question to you is how to counter people who tell you that "Big Pharma" (I hate that term - it's very American!) is only trying to sell you drugs you don't need?. How would you handle such a conversation? Some people are quite pushy about their beliefs. I try not to engage.
I’ve been viewing various episodes of ‘Talking with Docs’ and have yet to find any where I didn’t get some valuable information. I’m pleased that you fellas have addressed the ELEPHANT in the room along with the A.I. episode. Keep up the great work, MUCH APPRECIATED…
❤ U two! Thank you for all your health help!
It would be good to hear your views on plant sterols for lowering cholesterol, there are so many conflicting reports on the internet.
Even if you guys were complete quacks (and I know you are not!) your channel would still have value because of the laughs. 😃 Great tips. Thank you. 🤍
My recipe includes apple cider vinegar, lemon, cinnamon and my own proprietary ingredient. All for an easy price of $29.98 if you sign up for monthly deliveries. This offer is only valid today and we're running low. It cures everything from wrinkles to cancer.
You guys are so refreshing!
It is discusting what is going to happen the next 4 yrs. Ugggg!!!
Who is running the hen house!
Thank you. I’m saving this video to watch to remind myself of this information. 🙏🏾😊
Hey guys Thanks again. But trying to get real information never mind just truth. Has become so impossible. Not even in just medicine but in every thing you read ,see or hear.
I am 71 years old this year and My Mother always said "believe none of what you hear and maybe half of what you see". Words that sound frightening until you realize if it wasn't for fake news and information? there would be no news or information at all. The internet has become, in my mind, the National Enquire of this generation. For those who do not know what that is , watch Men in Black 1, it's the same idea.
TimDaley, and I wouldn't change one single word. My wife and I love your content from beginning to end.
ooooh whats your opinions on OZEMPIC thx a bunch cheers from Canada
i had the opposite effect in ways when i went on the carnivore diet for 6 months lost weight which was a plus but my knees never got better ( arthritis ) i started feeling aweful on it I really gave it a shot on the other hand my dad is strict carnivore for 9 months and its amazing what it has done for him i am now a ketovore for the last 3 months and feel amazing and my knees are pretty much pain free i added ( berries / kiwi /broccoli / cucumbers / celery / green tea / Tumeric ) along with my meats and have toned down my salt intake My A1C went from 9.7 to 5.4 now and i really do feel awesome I am 60 years old have gone from 320lbs to 235 in 9 months also while on carnivore diet my platelets went very low and thats why i ended up as a ketovore i am a firm believer that yyou need to find what works for you no preaching or judgements its kinda embarrassing to see how strict vegans and strict carnivores act ..its like democrats and republicans only their side is right no matter what we need to stop and just listen you do you and at the end of the day be kind and try to smile waaaay too much hate and arguments its really getting old cheers all be well and be safe
I hate that Google puts AI results first. Doesn't matter what I'm searching, I just scroll right past it every time.
Dr??? Berg😂😂😂😂
Could you make a video on red light ?
Cudos from a librarian who taught what we called information literacy skills for years excellent sum up and it is important for people who use these skills to share their methods thanks
All good advice 👍
Very timely video. So glad i found your channel while looking for knee replacement info
And stay away from Barbara ONeil!!!!
It never even crossed my mind that AI would generate false information. How naive of me! Thanks so much for the heads-up!
How about patients as morons? Unless deep pockets 🎉
What are your thoughts on Farxiga? My husband has been taking Metformin for 15 years and his dr recommended Farxiga.
You guys rock, wish you were my primary docs
anecdotes
Just found your videos while searching about osteoporosis treatments. Knew you were legit when you emphasized need to look at pros and cons. There is no magical bullet. You have to determine the pros and cons of your specific situation and decide what to do with your doctor.
Thank you gentlemen. Your site and the Mayo Clinic have long been my primary sources. More recently I've used the Cleveland Clinic and Sunnybrook (Odette Cancer Center) depending on the purpose. In the past yearn I've been getting what seems to be good advice from the El Paso Manual Physical Therapy Clinic and The Michigan Foot Doctors for my post surgical peripheral neuropathy while I wait for my evaluation by a neurologist (Ontario...you know about the timing). If I find about five apparently credible sources offering the same advice I tend to think it has validity. I hope to verify soon. Thanks again for your advice.
Gentlemen: Two things - Please consider your special studies review for a presentation about telemer/chromosome outcomes affected by exercise training with weights. You may want to ask your PT specialist to contribute how even body weight exercises can have longitudinal accumulative benefits (which ones are best) for (if not duration) quality of life. Two: The most valid outcomes of any studies done on what happens to (by age group) those who are subjected to repeated changes between DST and SDT. Like Monday mornings and heart attacks? (As if that isn't a business expense.) Thanks for listening.
Just copy the transcript into ChatGPT and ask it to critique it, give sources, dot point pros and cons. Ask for an alternative perspective and ask it to analyse that as well. AI has come leaps and bounds over the last year. If I were a practitioner I would be on it myself all the time. It can read more articles than you can a lot faster and by ranking. You can ask it to be more or less conventional, or court controversy. Then ask it to summarise results.
You two are informative and funny. A book I read recently was “medical gaslighting “ by I. Jacqueline. I told family from 20 to 70 years old to get it and read it, especially focus on women’s health.
Gimme a break, not trusting the govt, the people who created the virus then provided the "cure" claiming "safe and effective". Lost me on the first one. The rest are fine, but trusting YT??? Forget it!!! They have an agenda, they're liars and censors. I actually have their "fact check" blocked in uBlcock.
