USAA and their 3rd party underwriters suck.
They will not pay your claim you will have to sue them
Career auto worker, 23 years. Military family. And I’m politely warning the masses: avoid USAA. Doesn’t matter how friendly they are with onboarding. When you have a claim, you deal with a claims adjuster (in any insurance claim). The quality of the adjuster, and the rules they have to abide by for their company…dictates everything about your coverage and the experience. A bad adjuster and/or company will make your life hell for 4-10 weeks.
The stories I could tell you about USAA’s claims department would make your head spin…
