For certain majors which don't necessitate lab work or team work, it never made sense to me why online degrees are preferred less. Why would someone prefer unnecessary social chatter and sports over entirely focusing on studies themselves?
Thank you Richard, but I do want to ask if it's for the first degree would this be worth it
What about there degree value in Pakistan if we get an online degree ua it valuable or waste of money
Your degree won’t say “online.” I got both my BA and my MS online, learned a ton and both were rigorous.
I have bad paranoia
zero information
Thanks for the helpful information. Truly beneficial!
Thank you for this :”)
Thoughts on CTU? My employer is paying for it 100%. I was gonna go business admin bachelors with a concentration in data analytics then MBA with a concentration in Project management. It’s regionally accredited by HLC, ACBSP, and PMI-GAC. The plan would be to get my PMP cert. thoughts?
In India the authority made it compulsory to mention the word "Online" in the degree - yeah so that judgy recruiters and tech leads can reject them.
I was ready to give up, but then this video said "not today."
I feel unstoppable after watching this!
For USA or UK yes online or on campus offer same degree, even though on campus is better viewed by recruiters. For Europe example of HEC Paris, it's not the case, the online HEC Paris master degree is not even recognized as a Masters degree in France, it was not been accredited as the on campus degree from HEC Paris, technically the HEC Master degree online is just a certificate. Part of the reasons why the accreditation was not accepted is because the courses were just MOOCs with no professor office hours and no exams besides the Coursera quizzes (its just a bunch of MOOCs they grouped and packaged them as a Master and the professors do not even know what the quizzes are about). In summary, the serious universities offering real degrees online are American and UK ones, perhaps Australia and Spain as well but definitely not France.
Hi Richard! After seeing your video on top 5 MBAs I got admitted for the iMSM program of UIUC, and I plan to stack an iMBA on top of it later. I’m supposed to start next january. I just want to know how relevant UIUC still is after 3 years of making that video, is it still possibly the best value for money online post graduate degree to get?
I've always had this question in the back of my mind, thank you!
