  1. Option B: Maximizing revenue through lead and resource management.

  2. I think it’s options B.

  3. @OyinadeBO says:

    All of the above

  4. The advice to start with smaller, repeatable projects and charge a flat rate makes freelancing feel much less overwhelming. Saying yes to every custom request is probably where most beginners create problems for themselves.

  5. The best answer is:

*✅ b) Maximizing revenue through lead and resource management*

    *Why?*
A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform is primarily designed to manage customer interactions, leads, sales opportunities, and relationships to improve business performance. By organizing leads, tracking customer interactions, and helping sales teams manage resources effectively, its ultimate goal is to **increase revenue and improve customer retention**.

    * *a)* Finding leads is only one feature of a CRM, not its primary purpose.
    * *✅ b)* Correct. CRM helps maximize revenue by managing leads, customers, sales pipelines, and resources efficiently.
    * *c)* Creating multiple income streams is a business strategy, not the primary function of a CRM.

*Answer: ✅ b) Maximizing revenue through lead and resource management*

For beginners learning about CRM software, understanding the core concepts is crucial, but we've found that the real challenge often comes with data migration and integration into existing workflows. It's an aspect that can greatly impact user adoption and the overall success of CRM projects.

  9. All three are needed in CRM 🙂👍 thanks

    Option B, Great Simplifed ved

& What if you can msg your CRM like a friend?

That is what we are building:
instead of being a data entry job, you can just chat with it on your fav chat app..

I built this because I live in DMs... but whenever I had to update my CRM, I'd get bored and just... not do it 🙂

So I made the CRM come to me instead.

    Best suited for:
    • Solo founders (whose time is worth more than gold)
    • Small startup teams
    • Freelancers who run everything through calls and messages
    • Anyone whose sales happen in convs

Because honestly? A CRM should help you sell - not become another boring job you hate

Plus, our UI isn't stuck in the 90s 😉

If you want your CRM to actually meet you where you are (and hate managing one), this is for you

    - Core CRM is free now (Early Access)
    - Agent is under an Early Adopters Deal

Came here for The Walking Dead but got a solid business lesson

  19. The correct answer is:
👉b) Maximizing revenue through lead and resource management
    Why:
A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform’s main purpose is to manage customer interactions, leads, sales pipelines, and resources — helping businesses improve relationships and ultimately increase revenue.
Option (a) and (c) are partial outcomes, but (b) best captures the primary purpose.
