Rental insurance is a scam if your building goes on fire the landlord is l legally has to pay your hotel or you can sue. Also the neighbors can’t sue you if you don’t own the building the landlord need to show up idk this is a lot of lies just use your brain save your money
We're always happy to help shop for renters! Don't forget to look into bundling with your auto!

I have NO BIG ASSETS OF VALUE..And i work for my Money..I Live in a Condo building built by Crooks...That exploits the tenants with HIGH RENT 😡😡😡👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Renter's Insurance is a way for a landlord or management agent getting YOU to pay for damaged property. It is also not necessary because if you lose something that only cost you $10 and now it is damaged, when you buy it again, is it going to be on ebay for $500? You will lose money. You're certainly not going to buy it again for what it's worth are you? Rent Insurance is a total waste of money.

LOL. Everyone rents. You think you own your home? Think again. Stop paying your property taxes. The gubmunt will take your house and sell it out from under you. Your property taxes (extortion fees) are the rent you will pay until you sell the house or die. I guarantee it.

I would like to share this on my IG page. I have so many friends that are in college, and they need this information. Very helpful, and I've just updated my policy. XO

This video was very informative and simple to understand. I'm actually the property manager of a company that manages over 700 properties. Can someone reach out to me at adriana.ospina@nationalrealestate.com to see if this is something we can supply as additional education and recommendation for our residents?
